In the Odessa region of southern Ukraine, a Russian drone attack targeted a passenger train, resulting in the deaths of two railway workers, a driver and his assistant. This information was confirmed by the head of the Ukrainian national railways, according to France 24.

In recent months, the Russian government has intensified its use of Iranian-designed attack drones, which are more difficult to intercept than the piston-engine drones previously employed in the conflict, according to Le Figaro.
