Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, has indicated that it is likely Russia will carry out a new military mobilization after the parliamentary elections scheduled for September. According to Zelensky, the Kremlin is planning a rapid mobilization by the end of the year, which could involve several hundred thousand Russians.

This assertion was reported by La Tercera, where Zelensky expressed concern regarding Moscow's intentions. At the same time, he indicated that Ukraine is preparing to prevent this scenario.

In another context, recent Russian attacks in Zaporizhzhia were reported, causing damage to a house and a shopping center. The conflict continues to be a key topic in international discussions regarding the pressure the United States could exert on Moscow to end the war.
