Investigation continues against César Sánchez Chavesta following Naldy Saldaña's complaint

Óscar Junior, leader of the group La Bella Luz, has voiced his support for Saldaña and proposed her return to the group. Junior has assured that he will implement necessary changes to protect the members of the group in light of the complaint against Sánchez Chavesta.

Labor authorities, through the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection and the Ministry of Labor, have conducted an intervention at the locations of La Bella Luz. This action responds to the complaint of workplace violence filed by Saldaña, who identifies Sánchez Chavesta as the alleged aggressor in the incident she experienced.

Naldy Saldaña's lawyer has reported significant delays in the legal proceedings against César Sánchez, which could jeopardize the collection of relevant evidence. The defense warns that the slow pace of the process might enable the accused to leave the country before new proceedings can take place.

The inspection of locations linked to La Bella Luz was carried out in San Juan de Lurigancho and Comas, with the aim of gathering information on the environment surrounding the musical group. The intervention was temporarily halted due to the health issue of the orchestra's legal representative.

Estrella Torres, a former member of La Bella Luz, has shown her support for Naldy Saldaña following her complaint against César Sánchez Chávarri. Although Torres stated that she has not experienced harassment, she acknowledged situations that demand boundaries within the orchestra environment. She called on all musical groups to take measures against harassment.
